Oleificio Gallura is an inter-municipal agricultural cooperative that operates in the olive sector along the entire supply chain

From cultivation to extraction, from packaging to the sale of extra virgin olive oil and by-products. Active for years in the dissemination of the organoleptic and health qualities of extra virgin olive oil, in recent years we have structured the company in such a way as to offer you a warm welcome whilst deepening the culture of oil and olive trees.

The quality of the oil has been undoubtedly handed down

The oil mill began in Berchidda in 1967 from an initiative of a small group of local olive growers who, tired of the hardships faced to be able to press the olives by transporting them to mills located at faraway distances, started the process of setting up the cooperative and building the oil mill. After starting up in the first phase in the 80s, which was not without its difficulties, there was a decisive leap forward: the social base has grown from a few courageous founders to over 400 olive growers from almost all the municipalities of the Gallura and Monte Acuto.

Today the oil mill's production has grown and is more constant; the quality of the oil has greatly improved, thanks to the use of the latest generation continuous extraction system, the rationalization of the different production stages, as well as the reduction in the delivery times of the olives in the oil mill after harvesting. We deal with the bottling and sale of oil conferred by members, we offer assistance to olive growers and we are active in the dissemination of the organoleptic and health qualities of extra virgin olive oil .

The green gold of Gallura

Land of wind, emerald sea and sun; of olive trees and millenary olive trees that breathe a scented air of myrtle, thyme, broom and wild lavender. Lands of granite from which dominia, with its mantle of silver leaves, the olive cultivar "bosana", results of an ancient activity, aimed at the extraction of an extra virgin olive oil with unmistakable characteristics.
